ABMS Announces New Board of Directors and Incoming Chair Dr. Larry Green

Dr. Larry Green begins his two year term as chair this month succeeding Dr. Barry Smith.
Dr. Greene is a Distinguished Professor and Epperson Zorn Chair for Innovation in Family Medicine and Primary Care at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and has served on the ABMS BOD since 2010.
Dr. Michael Carius, Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Traumatology and Emergency Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and prior ABMS BOD member was selected as Chair-Elect.
Dr. Michael Nelson was approved to serve as the ABAI representative to the ABMS BOD succeeding Dr. Ted Freeman. he also serves on the ABMS Oversight Committee for Achieving the Vision commission recommendation implementation, member of the ABMS Solutions Board of Managers, and member of the ABMS Audit Committee.
