ABAI Welcomes Dr. DiPrimio Kalman to the Board

Dr. DiPrimio Kalman joined Nemours Children’s Hospital Wilmington, Delaware in 2017.
She provides direct patient care and serves as a clinical educator. She previously was employed for nearly 20 years in a small group private practice which served as an Allergy and Immunology elective site for medical students and residents. During that time, she served as volunteer community faculty at Nemours within the Fellowship Training Program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. DiPrimio Kalman is a member of the faculty of Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. She supervises medical students, residents, and fellows in training. She serves as the Clinical Clerkship Director for medical students and residents in Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. DiPrimio Kalman graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She served as President of Philadelphia Allergy Society, President of Pennsylvania Allergy and Asthma Association, Member of the Specialty Leadership Cabinet of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and Chair of the Regional, State and Local Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Societies.
Dr. DiPrimio Kalman is currently Vice Chair of the AAAAI Leadership Institute Steering Committee and was elected to the AAAAI Board of Directors in 2021.
