ABAI Announces Chelsey Williams, MBA, as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer

It is with great pleasure that ABAI announces Chelsey Williams’ promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) after serving as the organization’s Director of Operations since 2019.

Ms. Williams’ appointment as COO and CFO is a testament to her exceptional leadership skills and her unwavering commitment to the organization’s mission and vision.
As Director of Operations, Ms. Williams’ leadership style was grounded in a human-flourishing approach, which prioritizes the needs of the team and focuses on supporting their growth and development. Her commitment to this leadership philosophy has created a culture of collaboration and teamwork, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned to achieve its strategic goals. Ms. Williams also focuses on advancing staff into stronger, bolder leaders.
In her new roles, Ms. Williams will continue to oversee daily operations, create and implement operational strategies and ensure seamless efficiency across all departments. She will continue to collaborate closely with the board of directors and the organization’s leadership to transform strategic goals into action plans. Ms. Williams will proceed to lead the organization with the same level of excellence and dedication that she has displayed in her previous role. She will continue to ensure the highest quality of personalized services and advocacy for diplomates that has been a hallmark of ABAI since inception in 1971.
